Mission Statement of the OBEA

The Association is committed to being an advocate for all members and protecting the integrity of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. The OBEA is dedicated to providing an innovative learning community for the students in the district and working collaboratively with all members of the educational community. It is our objective to maintain a professional relationship with all who have this goal in common
